Website Outage Alert & Enhancements to Online Bill Payment Procedures

Please be advised that due to regular website maintenance, our agent and customer portals will be unavailable from 6 p.m. Saturday, June 18, through 7 a.m. Monday, June 20 (EST). Thank you for your patience.
 
We would also like to advise you of some enhancements to our online payment option available to OneBeacon producers and policyholders. To ensure the protection of private information, beginning Wednesday, June 22, new and improved security measures will be implemented in the collection and storage of customer credit card and electronic banking information. This solution is provided through a new vendor partner and assures OneBeacon’s full compliance with PCI requirements. While there will be no functional change to the website’s “make a payment page,” there will be slight changes to its appearance. The main event is enhancing our security procedures in order to ensure our environment is fully protected against unlawful collection of privacy data.

Again, producers and policyholders will not experience any functional changes in processing their payments; the page will simply look a little different. Regardless, we wanted to ensure you were aware of this important change to our online premium payment procedures.
