OneBeacon Professional Insurance, in conjunction with Advisen, will be holding a free, one-hour Financial Institutions Webinar tomorrow, June 26, at 11 a.m. EDT.
Join OBPI’s Craig Collins and our expert panel for a discussion on the unique management liabilty exposures of financial institutions. The panel will review the causes behind the recent surge in bank failures, assess the current state of affairs for troubled banks and analyze the tactics now being pursued by the FDIC against former community bank directors and officers as it attempts to maximize recoveries for failed institutions. Additionally, the protections available through D&O insurance will be explained.
You can also download the free ten-page paper.
