Joining the Industry-Wide Careers Movement

With 25% of industry employees nearing retirement by 2018, there is a growing need to inspire young talent to join our workforce. That’s why we’re joining the Insurance Careers Movement, an industry-wide campaign that reinforces how insurance hits the career trifecta: it’s stable, limitless and rewarding. Following are a few simple ways that those in our industry can participate, as well as examples of our efforts.

  • Share your career stories. Watch the clip to hear our employees share why they chose a career in insurance and feel a young person could thrive in our industry.
